Data Deletion Request
At Mossitas, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. If you would like to request the deletion of your Mossitas account and the associated data, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Contact Form and select the option "Data Deletion Request".
- Ensure you provide the email address associated with your Mossitas account.
- Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete your account, your pet's profiles, and all chat history logs from our database within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
What data will be removed?
Upon completing a deletion request, the following information is permanently erased:
- Your user profile and contact information.
- All saved pet profiles (name, breed, health data).
- Complete transcripts of your conversations with Mossy IA.
- Your personalized wellness plans.
